Fifa 15 Arabic Commentary Files

So what i did was open origin and go to fifa game page. Go into settings and on the 3rd tab you can change language. Choose the language of the commentary you want. It will auto download the language pack. (I have no idea how it works through steam, but you should somewhere have the same game options and be able to choose game language, and hopefully it works the same).
